AGREEMENT PURPOSE
Credit Phones agrees to sell, and the Customer agrees to purchase, the mobile device described below under a 24-month installment payment plan.

CONTRACT TERM
This Agreement shall remain in effect for twenty-four (24) consecutive months beginning on the date of signing.
PAYMENT TERMS
4.1 The Customer agrees to pay the total financed balance in 24 equal monthly installments of:

4.2 Payments must be made on or before the due date each month.

DEVICE LOCKING SOFTWARE
5.1 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the device is equipped with remote locking software.
5.2 If the Customer fails to make payment by the due date, Credit Phones reserves the right to remotely restrict or lock the device until payment is received.
5.3 The locking of the device does not cancel the Customer’s obligation to pay the outstanding balance.
5.4 Once overdue payment (including any applicable late fees) is received, Credit Phones will restore full device access within a reasonable time.
DEFAULT
The Customer will be considered in default if:
Two (2) consecutive payments are missed; or
Payment is more than ___ days overdue; or
The Customer provides false information; or
The device is tampered with to remove or disable the locking software.
In the event of default, Credit Phones may:
Demand immediate payment of the remaining balance;
Continue device restriction;
Repossess the device where legally permitted;
Take legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
OWNERSHIP
Ownership of the device shall remain with Credit Phones until the full balance has been paid. Upon full payment of all amounts due, ownership will transfer to the Customer.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer agrees:
Not to tamper with or remove the locking software.
Not to sell or transfer the device before full payment.
To keep contact information updated.
To use the device in accordance with applicable laws.
NO WARRANTY ON CREDIT
Approval of this contract does not guarantee future credit with Credit Phones.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of __________________________.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
