To qualify for a refund:

• The device must be returned within 30 days of receipt

• The device must be in good working condition

• The device must not be physically damaged

• All original accessories must be included

• The device must not have been tampered with (including software)

Important conditions:

• Any outstanding balance or usage fees must be settled before processing a refund

• A reasonable handling or restocking fee may apply: R110

• Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection

• Devices that are damaged, misused, or altered may not qualify

Credit Phones Pty Ltd reserves the right to inspect all returned devices before approving any refund.
