Admin Fee Refund and Cancellation Policy
Credit Phones reserves the right to debit an Admin Fee from your account.
In the event your order is terminated due to technical or vetting failures your Admin Fee will be refunded in full.
Refunds are processed twice monthly. You will receive your refund within 15 – 30 days of it being debited from your account.
Admin Fees are refunded to the Bank Account from which the initial payment was debited from.
Admin Fee Refunds will not be processed if a customer cancels or terminates their order.
If the Admin Fee is disputed directly with your Bank, a refund will NOT be processed.
Credit Phones Cancellation Fee:
If your contract is cancelled after the cooling off period and within the first 12 months, Credit Phones reserves the right to deduct up to R350 cancellation fee from your account, in addition to any cancellation fees charged by your chosen Network.
This deduction will reflect as CREDITCANCEL on your bank statement.
